"Lack of Communication on Missing Order"
I placed my order and paid on Christmas Eve, even shelling out extra for tracked DPD delivery. However, the tracking number provided doesn’t show up in the DPD system. They’re still promoting the item I bought as available, but I have no clue where it’s at. This is pretty disappointing, and the only way to reach out is via email. Not cool at all! I can’t help but think this might be a scam site and not a real business.

The tracking number they gave me is not recognised by the DPD system, they are advertising the product I ordered as being in stock, but no idea where the item is? This is really poor and there is no way of contacting you except by email. Really not good enough! I can only assume that this is a scam website and not a legitimate business at all

"Track Pants Order on December 17th..."
I placed an order for track pants on December 17th as a Christmas present. It promised delivery in 3 to 5 days, but they showed up 3 weeks later instead of 3 days. The customer service response was lacking and pretty rude. I definitely wouldn't suggest this company. I'll be getting my gym wear from other sellers who have consistently delivered within a week, even during the hectic holiday season, 🎄 which, by the way, is just one day! 😉

"I ordered track pants on 17th December…"
I ordered track pants on 17th December for Christmas gift.It stated 3 to 5 days delivery . I received 3 weeks later not 3 days .
The communication response from customer services was inadequate and harsh.
I certainly do not recommend this company .
I'll be purchasing gym clothing from other providers that have always sent goods within a week ( even at busy Christmas periods , 🎄 which I'll add is only one for day ,) 😉

I've made two purchases this month, but I haven't gotten any email confirming the delivery. All I got was the order confirmation, and the cash has already been deducted from my account. They don't reply to my emails when I try to reach out. Is there anyone else dealing with this?

I have ordered 2 times in this month, however I have not received any confirmation email about the delivery I only received the confirmation order and the money is out of my account already, but they don't respond the emails when trying to contact them. I need help someone experiencing the same?

I can't recommend them enough - their customer service is top-notch. I've ordered almost every shade of the gold gym vests along with a couple of shorts, and there haven't been any issues with stock or shipping. The quality is superb. There was just one occasion when the print started to peel off one vest, but I shot them an email, and they promptly sent me a replacement, no hassle at all. I'll surely be coming back for more. Highly recommend - absolutely brilliant customer service. I have now ordered pretty much every colour of the gold gym vests and two pairs of shorts, no problems with stock or delivery and the quality is excellent. The one time I has an issue with the print coming off one vest, I emailed them and they sent me a new one immediately, no questions asked. Will definitely be using again. Thanks Anax!

"Taking Hard-Earned Cash from Customers"
No option to give zero stars here.
I ordered three gold vests that were all available at the time of purchase. A few days later, after my money was taken from my account, I discovered that two of the vests were actually out of stock. I only found this out because I reached out to them myself. They gave me three choices for what to do next, and I requested a full refund. But, surprise, I didn’t hear back for several days, so I had to email them again. Then, I learned that two of the three vests were back in stock. I agreed to have those two sent to me and asked for a refund on the third vest that wasn’t available. And here I am again, waiting for a response after two days since my last email, still no word from them. They claim delivery takes 3-5 days, but honestly, it’s just ridiculous. I feel like my rights have been completely ignored.

I purchased three gold vests of my choice which was all in stock when purchased. Only to find out a few days after my money had been taken from the bank that two of the three vests was out of stock I only found out by emailing them myself. I got offered 3 options what to do next I said I would like a full refund only to have no reply for a few days again so I had to email them yet again and only to find out two of the three vests was back in stock so I said fine send me the two vest and refund me the 3rd vest which isn’t in . And guess what here I am again asking after two days from last email to find out what is happing and no reply at all. To say it’s 3-5 days delivery it’s Beyond a joke if you ask me I feel like I’ve being violated and had my rights taken away from me.

I placed an order for a couple of items, and after a week, I still hadn't heard anything about whether they had been sent out. When I asked about it, they just mentioned there were some delays. Eventually, I got my money back.
